Key West to Host Songwriters’ Festival

Some of Nashville’s top songwriters will perform at the ninth annual Hog’s Breath Key West Songwriters’ Festival, May 12-16, in Key West, Fla. The headliners are Jeffrey Steele (“The Cowboy in Me”); Scotty Emerick (“Beer for My Horses”); Chuck Cannon (“I Love the Way You Love Me”); Brett James (“Blessed”); Wendell Mobley (“There Goes My Life”); Rivers Rutherford (“Ain’t Nothin’ ’Bout You”); and James Dean Hicks (“National Working Woman’s Holiday”). Also scheduled are Jason Sellers, Patrick Davis, Dillon Dixon, Kylie Sackley, D. Vincent Williams, Jennifer Schott, Susan Haynes, Phillip White and Amber White. There will be 12 different shows at various Key West locales over the five-day fest. The Friday and Saturday evening shows at the Hog’s Breath Saloon are ticketed. The remaining performances are free.
