Loretta Lynn Delivers New Video

Loretta Lynn's video for "Miss Being Mrs." will premiere Sunday (May 23) at 10 a.m. ET/PT on CMT and is being placed in heavy rotation. It's the first video from Van Lear Rose, a collaboration with Jack White of the White Stripes. The song shares Lynn's thoughts and emotions after the death of her husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn, in 1996. With the singer wearing her original Coal Miner's Daughter dress, director Trey Fanjoy shot the video in the parlor and the bedroom Lynn shared with her husband at their plantation home in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. Since its release on April 27, Van Lear Rose has sold almost 100,000 copies and remains in the Top 5 of the country albums chart. Vince Gill will accompany Lynn when she performs the song Wednesday (May 26) on the Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast on CBS.
