Corn Chowder

So simple, I’m almost embarrassed to print it!

1 cup whole-kernel corn
1 cup cream-style corn
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 large can condensed milk

Sauté onion and peppers in butter until tender. Add corn and milk. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Yummy.

It’s almost Chili Beans time in Tennessee. Next week we’ll cook up a pot.
