Rimes to Host 'Nashville Star' in 2005

LeAnn Rimes will host the third season of the USA Networks reality series Nashville Star in 2005, replacing Nancy O'Dell. Rimes sang on the series' second season finale in May. Buddy Jewell won a record deal from Sony Music Nashville in 2003, as did Brad Cotter in 2004. However, the label will not take part in the series this year.
