My friend Dennis Johnson made a most delicious salad and taught me how to make this simple dish he discovered in Paris!
1/2 package mixed greens (or spinach)
1 can pears
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 – 4 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Spread greens on a platter. Place pears on platter around greens. Sprinkle olive oil and red wine vinegar over greens. Add chopped pecans and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
So tasty and so easy to make.
