Toby Keith will hit the road with gonzo rocker Ted Nugent for a brief tour during the first quarter of 2005, a Keith spokesperson told CMT News on Wednesday (Dec. 2). Keith and Nugent formed a friendship in June during a USO-sponsored tour that took them to military installations in the Middle East and Germany. Their upcoming arena tour is expected to hit approximately 20 cities.
