Apple Crunch

4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 stick butter melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix apples, white sugar and cinnamon. Place in a well-buttered deep dish.

Melt butter. Sift flour. Mix well — butter, brown sugar and oatmeal with sifted flour. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 25 minutes.

This is great at breakfast or anytime.
