Chess Cake Bars

If you can read, you can make this easy dessert.

1 package yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup soft butter
1 package confectioner’s sugar
1 8-ounce package soft cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs. Combine with cake mix and soft butter. Mix well with your hands. Press into the well-greased baking pan. Combine confectioners sugar, soft cream cheese and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat until creamy and smooth. Spread over cake mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
