Claiming Mindy McCready has violated her probation on a drug charge, Tennessee authorities have issued a warrant for her arrest. She is on supervised probation for three years after pleading guilty to using a fraudulent prescription to buy OxyContin in 2004.A judge in Williamson County signed the warrant this week after McCready neglected to report to her parole officer during the month of July and also failed to get the officer’s permission to travel outside the state. She was found unconscious in the lobby of a Holiday Inn near Tampa on July 22. McCready is scheduled to be arraigned in Kingman, Ariz., on Aug. 30 on charges of hindering prosecution and unlawful use of a means of transportation. The Arizona charges stem from the theft of a pickup truck from a boat salesman.
