Paisley Debuts at Top of Country Albums Chart

Brad Paisley’s Time Well Wasted will debut at No. 1 on the country albums chart in the Sept. 3 issue of Billboard. Paisley’s fourth album sold almost 193,000 during its first week of release, more than twice the first-week sales of his previous album, Mud on the Tires. It will debut at No. 2 on the all-genre Billboard 200. According to sales data from Nielsen SoundScan, Paisley trailed teen idol Hilary Duff, whose new album, Most Wanted, sold almost 208,000 copies during its first week of release
