Broccoli Cheese Soup
Autumn is soup time — my grandson Jeremy’s favorite.
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
3/4 pound Velveeta cubed
1 (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
Cook and drain broccoli. Press out water. In a saucepan, sauté onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
