Gretchen Wilson Releases All Jacked Up

Gretchen Wilson released her second album All Jacked Up on Tuesday (Sept. 27) on Epic Records. She will sing the national anthem on Sunday (Oct. 2) at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Mo., about 45 miles from her hometown of Pocahontas, Ill. … Other new releases include Junior Brown’s live The Austin Experience (Telarc), bluegrass newcomers Cherryholmes’ self-titled effort (Skaggs Family), Freddy Fender and Flaco Jiminez’ Tex-Mex-inspired Dos Amigos (Back Porch), a reissue of the Highwaymen’s The Road Goes on Forever (Capitol Nashville), Kathy Mattea’s self-produced Right Out of Nowhere (Narada) and a reissue of singer-songwriter Lori McKenna’s Bittertown (Warner Bros. Nashville). Wynonna’s concert special, Her Story: Scenes From a Lifetime, was also released Tuesday on CD and DVD.
