Country Music Hall of Fame member Loretta Lynn canceled four concerts after fracturing her foot while preparing to leave for a weekend tour. She was on her tour bus in Nashville when she fell, according to her publicist, William Smithson. The injury forced her to cancel a Friday (Oct. 7) show in Columbus, Ga., and a Saturday (Oct. 8) performance in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. Other cancellations include an Oct. 14 concert in South Bend, Ind., and an Oct. 15 stop in Florence, Ind. Smithson said she’ll resume touring in November. “She’s going to be just fine,” he said.
