It’s time you were mentally planning your menu for Thanksgiving. Last year’s Thanksgiving dinner recipes are still available in CMT’s archives, so you can check those out for free. In the meantime, there’s nothing tastier and easier than this cranberry salad.

2 boxes cherry Jello
2 cups hot water
1 cup cold water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cups pecans, finely chopped

Dissolve Jello in two cups boiling water. Add cold water and stir. Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved and well mixed. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
