Chesney’s New Album Debuts at Top of Pop Chart

Kenny Chesney’s new album will top the Billboard country albums chart and the all-genre Billboard 200 in the music trade publication’s Nov. 26 issue. Chesney’s The Road and the Radio sold 469,140 units in its first week of release to become his fourth consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on the pop chart. Combined sales of the four albums, including Be As You Are (Songs From an Old Blue Chair), When the Sun Goes Down and No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems, total 9 million copies.
