If you can read, you can make this. Nope, it doesn’t take an Einstein, and it’s sorta instant but delicious.
1 cup plain flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
1 – 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
1 small package Jell-O instant chocolate pudding
1 small package Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine flour, nuts and butter. Mix well. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Cool.
Combine softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip, and spread on cooled crust. Chill one hour.
Prepare instant chocolate pudding as directed on the package, and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate another hour.
Prepare instant vanilla pudding as directed on the package, and spread over the chocolate pudding. Chill one hour.
Serve. Yummy …
