Lemon Bread (Melt in Your Mouth)

Listen, you are not to tell anyone how¬†to make this! The Lord won’t want you to lie, but He will understand if you act like you spent the day in the kitchen.

1 box lemon cake mix
1 small package instant lemon pudding
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350°.

Blend and mix ingredients about 4 minutes. Pour into two oiled and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, softened at room temperature

Punch holes in cake and drizzle over lemon bread. Shhhh …
