Mark McGuinn, the independent artist who notched a surprise Top 10 country hit in 2001 with “Mrs. Stephen Rudy,” will release his second album on July 4. He produced the album, titled One Man’s Crazy, and co-wrote all but one of the 13 tracks. It will be released on Blue Flamingo Records (co-founded by McGuinn and publisher-songwriter Jim Foster) and distributed by Bayside Entertainment. McGuinn’s former label, VFR Records, went out of business shortly after releasing his first album.
