Urban Raises $65,000 for Nashville Schools

Keith Urban’s acoustic concert at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Tuesday night (April 18) raised more than $65,000 for the PENCIL Foundation, a Nashville nonprofit organization that links community resources to local public schools. The Nashville office of the Creative Artists Agency, a talent booking agency that is one of the foundation’s corporate benefactors, arranged for the appearances by Urban and Jars of Clay. Mike Dungan, president and CEO of Capitol Nashville, served as one of the event’s honorary chairs.
