Hazel's Hot Dish Recipe of the Week

Barbecue

Mix up ingredients the night before. Place in a slow cooker at 6 a.m. Ready to eat at 6 p.m.!

1 pound stew beef, cubed
1 pound pork, cubed
1/4 cup chili powder
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and cook 10 hours on low in a slow cooker. Stir and serve with cole slaw, rolls and chips.
