Old Crow Medicine Show played two energetic sets Thursday night (June 22) at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium to kick off the venue's summer-long bluegrass concert series. David Rawlings and Gillian Welch joined the band for nearly the entire second set, playing songs from Old Crow's forthcoming album, due Aug. 29, as well as a poignant cover of Neil Young's "I Believe in You" and an accordion-enhanced version of Dire Straits' "Walk of Life." The Bluegrass Nights at the Ryman series continues every Thursday night through July 27.
