Green Pea Salad
Great side dish for burgers, franks or church supper
1 15-ounce can sweet green peas, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 tablespoons sweet pickles, cubed
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons Miracle Whip or similar dressing
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Stir gently to mix well. Let set in fridge overnight to blend flavors. Stir just before serving. Add more salad dressing if desired.
