George Jones and wife Nancy are planning to open a Southern-style restaurant named Possum Holler in downtown Enterprise, Ala., this fall. The eatery will seat 250 people and will be decorated with Jones' career memorabilia. Jones serves as the national spokesman for a real estate developer in the area. The couple will also have a home in the southeast Alabama town.
