Music producer Brian Ahern, best known in Canada for bringing Anne Murray to prominence, will be inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in September. A native Canadian who now lives in the U.S., Ahern produced many of Emmylou Harris’ early solo albums. He and Harris were also married from 1977 to 1984.
