This is so good, I may be repeating myself.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine flour nuts and melted butter. Mix well. Press into the bottom of 8 x 12 1/2 glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Cool.
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar
1 cup whipped topping
Combine cream cheese and sugar, mix until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Chill one hour.
Prepare small instant chocolate pudding mix as directed on package. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill one hour.
Prepare small instant vanilla pudding mix as directed on package. Spread over chocolate pudding. Chill one hour.
Spread additional whipped topping, as much as you’d like, over the vanilla pudding. Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers — if there are any.
