Carrie Underwood will wear a custom-made designer dress decorated in diamonds to the CMA Awards on Nov. 6 in Nashville. The gown was created by the 100-year-old diamond company, Kwiat Diamonds, and Underwood’s favorite designer, David Rodriguez. With nearly 800 diamonds on the straps of the gown, its value is estimated at $850,000. The dress will be auctioned online later this year with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Humane Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Underwood is nominated for four CMA Awards, including female vocalist.
