Singer-Songwriter Jeffrey Steele's Son Killed

Singer-songwriter Jeffrey Steele's 13-year-old son was killed Sunday (Jan. 28) in Franklin, Tenn., when the youth lost control of an all-terrain vehicle he was driving. Police said Alex Levasseur was thrown from the vehicle while attempting to steer through a curve in the road. Steele's songwriting credits include Montgomery Gentry's "My Town," Tim McGraw's "The Cowboy in Me," Diamond Rio's "Unbelievable," Faith Hill's "When the Lights Go Down," Trace Adkins' "Chrome," LeAnn Rimes' "Big Deal" and Steve Holy's "Brand New Girlfriend" and Rascal Flatts' "My Wish," "These Days" and "What Hurts the Most."
