Kenny Chesney and his band will launch the latest edition of their informal Keg in the Closet tour of college towns with a Monday (Feb. 26) appearance at the Jupiter Bar & Grill in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The brief tour also includes stops Tuesday (Feb. 27) at Floyd's Music Store in Tallahassee, Fla., and Wednesday (Feb 28) at the Common Grounds in Gainesville, Fla. Admission to the small-venue shows is generally determined through ticket lotteries. Noting that the college audience challenges him and his band, Chesney says, "I mean, that's the whole point of this ... play every song we know, a few we don't really remember and make up whatever we can't fake." Chesney's summer tour will be hitting major outdoor venues, including several football stadiums.
