Despite Strong Debuts, Tim McGraw's CD Remains No.1

Martina McBride's 'Waking Up Laughing' Enters at No. 2

Tim McGraw's Let It Go holds tightly to its No. 1 position in its second week on Billboard's country album chart, trumping four brand new albums. His repeat performance prevents a No. 1 debut for Martina McBride's Waking Up Laughing, which enters at No. 2.

Alison Krauss' A Hundred Miles or More: A Collection arrives at No. 3 -- and No. 1 on the bluegrass chart. Live at Texas Stadium, a concert disc from Alan Jackson, George Strait and Jimmy Buffett lands at No. 4. Larry the Cable Guy's Morning Constitutions rounds out the Top 5.

Carrie Underwood's Some Hearts dips to No. 6, just ahead of Taylor Swift's self-titled debut album at No. 7. Rascal Flatts' Me and My Gang, Gary Allan's Greatest Hits and Dixie Chicks' Taking the Long Way are in eighth through 10th place, respectively.

Two other new country CDs enter the charts this week: Comedian Rodney Carrington's King of the Mountains at No. 23 and singer-songwriter Chris Knight's The Trailer Tapes at No. 68. Meanwhile, Jack Ingram's This Is It falls to No. 11 in its second week. More dramatically, Alabama's Songs of Inspiration II plummets from No. 3 to No. 40.

Underwood returns to familiar territory with "Wasted," marking her third No. 1 single on Billboard's country airplay chart. ("Jesus, Take the Wheel" and "Before He Cheats" precede it. "Don't Forget to Remember Me" peaked at No. 2 in Billboard.)

McGraw's "Last Dollar (Fly Away)" falls a notch to No. 2. At No. 3 through No. 9, seven songs retain last week's chart positions: Kenny Chesney's "Beer in Mexico," Rascal Flatts' "Stand," Sugarland's "Settlin'," McBride's "Anyway," Joe Nichols' "I'll Wait for You," Toby Keith's "High Maintenance Woman" and Billy Currington's "Good Directions." Jackson's "A Woman's Love" completes the Top 10.

Vince Gill and Sheryl Crow capture the week's highest-debuting single, "What You Give Away," at No. 49. The track comes from his recent four-disc boxed set, These Days. Other new entries include John Mellencamp's "The Americans" at No. 55, Donovan Chapman's "All I Need" at No. 58 and Amy Dalley's "Good Kind of Crazy" at No. 60.
