Ralph Stanley will sing for Great Britain's Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to Richmond, Va., on Thursday (May 3) to address the state's General Assembly. The Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, are celebrating the 400th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown, the first permanent English settlement in what is now the United States. The event will take place in Richmond's Capitol Square and is open to the public.
