Tanya Tucker's 22,620-square-foot house is expected to become the clubhouse at an 18-hole golf course that will serve as the centerpiece of a new subdivision being constructed south of Nashville. Eagle Ridge Investments, an Ohio company, recently purchased Tucker's home and her 500 acres of land as part of a $13.5-million deal that also included the purchase of a 160-acre tract that adjoins the property. Tucker's house was prominently featured in Tuckerville, a reality TV series that aired in 2005 and 2006. The new subdivision will include almost 500 homes with sales prices beginning around $550,000.
