Toby Keith Tapped for Oklahoma Hall of Fame

Toby Keith will be inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame during a Nov. 8 banquet in Oklahoma City. Born in Clinton, Okla., Keith now resides near Norman, Okla., and remains active in charities in his home state. Seven others will be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year, including Linda Twine, a musical director whose Broadway credits include Big River, Ain’t Misbehavin’ and The Color Purple. Keith’s new album, Big Dog Daddy, will be released June 12, and his summer tour kicks off June 21 in Birmingham, Ala.
