Johnny Rodriguez has been charged with three felony drug counts after being pulled over for speeding on Friday (June 15) in Purcell, Okla. Officers found bags of marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and an open container of beer in his truck, according to court documents. He was released from jail on Saturday (June 16). Rodriguez lives in Laredo, Texas. He reached No. 1 on the country charts six times in the 1970s.
