Mark Collie Charged With DUI

Singer-songwriter Mark Collie was arrested and charged with DUI in Nashville on Thursday night (July 19). He was not driving at the time but was found slumped over the steering wheel of a car with the engine running near Music Row, according to an affidavit by a Vanderbilt University police officer. Collie spent about four hours in jail but was released on $1,500 bond. He reached the Top 5 in 1992 with “Even the Man in the Moon Is Crying” and recorded for MCA Nashville from 1990 to 1994.
