Carrie Underwood’s New Single Arrives

Carrie Underwood released a new single, “So Small,” to country radio stations on Tuesday (July 31). It’s the first single from a new album, as yet untitled, set for Oct. 23 release. Underwood co-wrote the song with Luke Laird and Hillary Lindsey. Lindsey’s other co-writing credits include Underwood’s “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Wasted.” Underwood has several additional songwriting credits for her new album with producer Mark Bright. Her previous album, Some Hearts, has sold more than 6 million copies.
