Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding

2 cups leftover biscuits, crumbled
1 can coconut
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups plain milk
2 well-beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a greased casserole dish and bake about an hour at 350°.
