Cranberry Salad
It’s the season.
2 small boxes cherry gelatin dessert
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Stir to dissolve gelatin dessert thoroughly in hot water. Add cold water and stir. Stir while adding whole cranberry sauce until well blended. Add pineapple and pecans. Mix well. Chill and serve.
