Steve Earle will be touring in Europe and North America to support his latest album, Washington Square Serenade, which has spawned two Grammy nominations. Singer-songwriter Allison Moorer, Earle’s wife, will also perform on the tour that includes shows in January and February in the U.K., the Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain. The dates in the U.S. and Canada begin Feb. 28 in Northampton, Mass., and are scheduled to run through a March 25 performance in Los Angeles. Washington Square Serenade received a Grammy nomination for best contemporary folk/Americana album. Earle and Moorer are also nominated in the category of best country collaboration with vocals for “Days Aren’t Long Enough,” a track from the album. Earle is currently producing Joan Baez’s new album at a Nashville studio.
