Four-Layer Pie

First Layer:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix ingredients for first layer. Spread in 9×13 baking dish (may have to use hands). Bake at 350° in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

Second Layer:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
1 cup confectioners sugar

Mix ingredients for second layer. Spread on top of crust.

Third Layer:
2 5.9-ounce packages instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 cups milk

Mix pudding with milk. Whisk until thick. Spoon on top. Refrigerate.

Fourth Layer:
Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
