Fried Corn
This is easy and good.

One pound package frozen whole kernel corn
1/4 cup oil
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 450°.

Blend corn with water in blender for 60 seconds. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan. Add corn/water along with sugar, salt and pepper. Cook and stir to prevent sticking for 10-15 minutes. Place in a casserole dish and cook uncovered in a preheated oven at 450° for 15 minutes.
