Baby Back Ribs

3 lbs. of baby back ribs
Paprika, garlic powder, pepper, Lawry’s seasoning salt
Brown sugar and water

Generously sprinkle equal amounts of paprika, garlic powder, pepper and Lawry’s seasoning salt on ribs, then rub on ribs with hands. Place in 10 x 14 baking dish with 1 inch of water. Cover ribs with 1/4 inch of brown sugar. Cover ribs with foil and cook in 300° oven for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, remove ribs from oven. Take ribs from baking dish. Pour out liquid. Place ribs back in dish — coat ribs with a thin layer of your favorite barbecue sauce. Cook at 450° for 15 minutes. Serve. (In warm weather you may want to give the ribs 15 minutes over charcoal after adding sauce — or before — whichever you prefer.)
