Roast Beef With Gravy

4 - 5 pound rump roast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Place roast in a large foil lined container; pour soup over roast. Sprinkle dry onion soup over roast. Pour water around the bottom of roast. Cover tightly with foil. Cook in 275° oven for 5 hours.
