"Nine Lives" -- a new single featuring Def Leppard and Tim McGraw -- will be featured in the opening of NBA broadcasts on ABC through the rest of the season and on ABC and ESPN during the playoffs. The track is the first single from Def Leppard's new album, Songs From the Sparkle Lounge, to be released April 29. McGraw and Def Leppard were in Los Angeles last week to shoot video footage for the opening segments. McGraw became friends with the rock musicians after making a guest appearance on "Pour Some Sugar on Me" during the band's 2006 appearance at the Hollywood Bowl. The "Nine Lives" video will debut this Sunday (March 9) prior to the NBA game between the San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns at 3:30 p.m. ET.
