Rice Casserole

1/2 cup butter
1 large onion chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms with juice
1 mushroom can water
1 can beef bouillon

Preheat oven to 400°.

Melt butter in a fry pan. Add onion and rice, allow to turn colors. Put this mixture in a buttered casserole. Add undrained mushrooms, one can of water and bouillon. Cook covered about 45 minutes at 400° until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
