Salmon Cakes

1 can Double Q salmon
2 biscuits crumbled
2 eggs
1/2 t salt
Crisco for frying

Empty salmon from can into a bowl. Remove and discard all bones and skin. Add crumbled bread, eggs and salt. Mix all ingredients with your hands until well blended. Make out cakes with your hands and place into a hot fry pan (not smoking) with Crisco. Cook until brown around the edges. Turn and cook other side.
