Trace Adkins will make a guest appearance on The Young and the Restless on May 2. The CBS daytime drama will feature Adkins singing his latest No. 1 single, "You're Gonna Miss This," to help character Nick Newman surprise his wife for their first anniversary. Adkins will attend the Nashville Film Festival on Wednesday (April 23) for a screening of Trailer Park of Terror. Adkins made his film acting debut in the project directed by Steven Goldmann. After completing a season as a contestant on TV's The Celebrity Apprentice, Adkins is filming director David Zucker's American Carol as part of a cast that includes Kelsey Grammer.
