Anne Murray Honored by Songwriter’s Hall of Fame

Anne Murray will receive the Howie Richmond Hitmaker Award from the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame on June 19 in New York City. The award recognizes performers who have had a substantial number of hit songs for an extended period of time. Murray has sold nearly 50 million albums and notched 10 No. 1 country hits. Her signature songs include “Snowbird,” “You Needed Me,” “I Just Fall in Love Again,” “Could I Have This Dance,” “A Little Good News” and “Just Another Woman in Love.” She released Anne Murray Duets: Friends & Legends, produced by Phil Ramone, earlier this year.
