Mama Dips Lasagna

Use a large pot:

1/2 cup onion

1 t garlic

1 T olive oil

Saute until wilted

Add:

2 pounds ground chuck

2 t seasoned salt

Cook until meat is done. Drain off fat.

Add:

2 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 (8 oz) can tomato paste

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

Cook 20 minutes

Mix:

16 oz. ricotta cheese

8 oz. cottage cheese

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 pound mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

16 ounces lasagna noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Using a large baking dish layer 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of cheese mixture, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up. Sprinkle parmesan over the top. Cover with foil and bake in a 375° preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake until brown.
