Potato Soup
2 large onions chopped
4 potatoes peeled and diced
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 can cream style corn
3 tablespoons butter
Cook potatoes and onions in water until potatoes are tender. Add salt. Mash potatoes and onions in the water they are cooked in. Add milk, corn and butter. Heat (do not boil) and serve.
