Double-Coated Chicken Supreme
4 cups Rice Krispes
1 t paprika
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 t salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 t pepper
1 t poultry seasoning
3 pounds frying chicken breasts
3 T butter melted

Measure Rice Krispies; crush into 2 cups. Place in shallow dish; add paprika and stir. Beat egg and milk in another bowl until foamy. Add flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix until a smooth batter. Dip chicken pieces in batter then roll in crushed Rice Krispies. Place in a foil lined pan that is well greased. Drizzle chicken with melted butter. Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour or until chicken is tender.
